Barn Light Electric makes the oversize white pendants, copies of the original butterfly chair are from Circa50, the simple white-washed coffee table is West Elm, cheap but serviceable Ikea chairs (thanks Miki!) surround the reclaimed pine table that seats 12 (snagged at the Friends and Family Sale at Restoration Hardware) and Crate and Barrel’s Willow Sofa folds out to a queen-size bed. I love my wire in and out boxes (Schoolhouse Electric) and the wire photo rack (in place of a corkboard) from Harvesthomestores.com. Never found the minimal cupboards sans knobs that I was after, so the Blocks whipped up the low-slung sideboard for me. We left the plywood floors and painted them glossy white. It is the workspace of my dreams and will inspire many E Lists to come.
