I’m sourcing as much as possible locally for my new home. I had a great time with owner and Certified Lighting Consultant Carla Snowden at Tidewater Lighting & Design, picking out lighting and ceiling fans. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about things I know nothing about, like lumens, color temperature, size, and scale. The new showroom in Old Saybrook (relocated from Madison) has an abundance of all manner of lighting: pendants, chandeliers, sconces, outdoor fixtures, and lamps.
