White Gate Farm’s Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie is one of my favorite winter suppers, dating back to the frozen variety my mother used to serve, with a pasty (usually burnt) crust and tiny bits of chicken and veggies in a thin broth! I’m always on the hunt for the ultimate, and I have to recommend the homemade version at White Gate Farm. These individual pies have a flaky, buttery crust on the top AND bottom (the best part for some of us), and chunks of chicken and vegetables tucked inside. I can see a cozy dinner party featuring these with a fresh green salad. Done! Grab their excellent apple galette while you’re there, too.
