Maybe this is an imaginative bar with great food. Or a version of the small plate restaurant with brilliant cocktails. No matter. Order the Piyor (Zubrowka bison grass vodka, white Lillet, cointreau and lemon juice), or any of the hand mixed and fresh-squeezed libations. Eat a grilled shrimp slider, the fantastic fries sprinkled with parmesan and truffle oil, or the roasted organic chicken happily nested on a bed of lemony spinach or all of the above, as we did. Can’t wait to go back.
