When I shipped my daughter off to college a few years ago, I was a bundle of nerves. It didn’t help that they scared the hell out of us at orientation with stories of binge drinking and worse. My husband claims everything was exactly the same when we went to school, but I’m convinced it wasn’t as bad. College these days seems like a scary place. Well, my daughter has survived (and thrived) and it occured to me that a college list for students, parents and grandparents might be helpful.
