Just because we’re isolating doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate the springtime holidays. This crazy year, my sisters and I will do a FaceTime mini-seder with Manischewitz and matzo. I’ll also get a ham and make something slightly sinful like mac and cheese or potato gratin. We celebrate all the holidays at our house!
