Despite the stunningly beautiful weather here, September has been so depressing. My heart breaks for friends and family on the islands, in Florida, Texas, and Mexico. EVERYONE knows SOMEONE who has been affected by this string of unprecedented and unimaginable natural disasters. The good thing is that Americans are a generous lot and we’re all supporting funds for relief everywhere. What else can be done? It’s becoming increasingly difficult to listen to news or browse facebook (maybe a good thing!). We soldier on, and hopefully create some diversions to cheer you up. So, here’s what we’ve got for you this week: comfort food, gooey cheese, and fall deliciousness.
