Eat | Guilford
There’s a ton of tasty places to eat in Guilford. Have a hankering for wood-fired pizza, local seafood, crepes, or craft beer? We’ve put them all on one handy map for you.
The Marketplace at Guilford Food Center has a shiny new face. After a change of ownership and major overhaul, they now offer smoothies and fresh juice (we had the “Guilford Green” – yum!), along with coffee, tea and baked goods. Besides all the usual grocery items, we’re so excited by the prepared foods whipped up by the geniuses behind the Mad Gourmet. Grab a sandwich to go or stick around, there’s plenty of seating in the bright and sunny space.
Red Rooster’s charming new digs on Church Street smells of freshly baked cookies and timber (it’s that new!). It’s impossible not to pick up a few chocolate chip, maple bacon, raspberry amaretto or The Signature (cranberry, white chocolate butterscotch and semi-sweet chip) to share with the family. Just leave the box in the back seat for the drive. Trust us.
