All of our local towns are doing the best they can with new online shops, delivery, and curbside pick-up. It’s extraordinary how quickly businesses figured out how to forge ahead during the pandemic. I’m hoping that this round-up of Chester’s shops and restaurants serves as a reminder that we’re still here and ready for you. We’ve got it all: handmade leather bags, fine handcrafted jewelry, fine wines, craft beer, farm-fresh teas and tonics, kitchen accouterments, jigsaw puzzles and more, plus some of the best restaurants in the area offering scrumptious take-out.

Grano Arso is offering its favorite dishes along with family-style meals that feed up to four. All ordering is done through the website www.granoct.com on a pre-order basis. Cut off is 12:00pm for day of, or anytime in advance. You can choose to pick up at 4:00pm, 5:00PM OR 6:00PM. Also offering Cook at Home Pasta Kits! Enjoy your favorite Grano Arso dishes the same way they are prepared at the restaurant.

The Perfect Pear, Chester’s biggest little kitchenwares store, has some lovely Mother’s Day gift ideas, and is stocked with everything you need for spending time in the kitchen. The classic Provençal ceramic guinea fowl, Les Pintades (pictured) are adorable additions to any room in the house. Order at the online shop, and they will schedule a time for curbside pickup or free local deliveries. After 10 years working as leiva, Mandy rebranded at the beginning of 2020 and is thrilled to launch her first collection as Adorn!
