Health, Beauty and Wellness, 9/17/14

Most of us agree that health and wellness takes a multi-disciplinary approach and a big chunk of our time. It ain’t easy to exercise regularly, eat healthfully, never mind keep up with doctors appointments and dye jobs. And with so much information coming at us about the benefits of mindful meditation or alternative remedies (like reflexology or acupuncture, for example), it’s even more time consuming to explore all options. Whenever I spy a particularly fit and well-groomed woman, I wonder how she gets it all done! Well, there are some new or expanded wellness destinations on the Shoreline that are attempting to address just that and provide a host of resources in one location.
