I’m a yogi! After years of practicing the physical poses of yoga, and attempting to meditate (so hard!), quiet my chattering mind and BREATHE, I think I’ve finally got it. Yoga breath got me through the MRI and the news that it would be four more weeks of healing my damaged knee, before I’d be back on my two feet. While I did take to my bed with a movie (instant free movie downloads with Amazon Prime!), a vat of popcorn and a 1/2 bottle of red wine, one night of feeling sorry for myself was enough. Besides having to get out and about to scour the Shoreline for goodies for The E List, it’s actually awfully easy to stay put in the age of the internet.
