Are you the sort that snaps up every self-help book with “happiness” in the title? I do. As if there’s some simple, but elusive, answer. Actually, there is. Bake. After spending a few weeks tasting some of the best cakes on the Shoreline, here’s what I learned. Bakers are a smiley, happy lot, proving the theory that happiness is achieved by spreading the love!
