Pizza, Positivity & A Taqueria 6/8/21

Now that I’m feeling a bit free of the pandemic, I’ve been focusing on the good that has come of this crazy year. There’s no denying that a Peloton addiction is a healthy thing (follow me @theelist), and I’m not just on the bike. I like to wake up to a 20-minute yoga slow flow with Chelsea Jackson, and she sets me up for the day. I’ve also added a sleep meditation to my routine with the Calm App that lulls me in 20 short minutes (buh-bye Tylenol PM). I’ve finally, really, truly slowed down, something my busy Type A brain has never allowed. And, believe it or not, I just finished a real estate class and am adding a new skill to my bag of tricks (you’ll be the first to know when I get my license!). I’d love to hear your thoughts on what has changed you for the better.
