I’ve just finished my second screening of every episode of Schitt’s Creek and I’m so sad it’s over. The second run was almost better than the first, as I paid more attention to the hilarious characters (who get better as the show develops) and the CLOTHES. Uplifting, unifying, and fiercely funny, with the best costuming I’ve seen on any TV show ever, the get-ups bring me right back to the giant shoulder pads and statement baubles that were my go-to in the eighties. If you’ve yet to watch the series on Netflix, you’re in for a treat. Now, on to that summer reading list we published a few weeks ago…
