A $500 Giveaway, Gift Book Guide, & more
Wow. That was crazy. 420 of you turned out for Girls’ Night Out in Guilford. I love everything about Girls’ Night, but here’s what I love best: the women of the Shoreline know how important our tiny centers are to the character of our towns. They (you!) enthusiastically support the small businesses that line our greens. After a long career in retail (before The E List), I know first hand the challenges that these independent retailers face, and that was pre-internet! Me, I’m all about the numbers. I would not be surprised if over $100,000 was dropped in Guilford on Thursday night, to cycle back into our local economy vs. the world wide interweb or the mall. So, thanks to all of you who come to any of our Girls’ Nights Out. It really is all good.
