What a birthday weekend! My husband does an INSANE 100-mile bike race in Leadville, Colorado every year, that just happens to fall on my birthday weekend, so my sister usually comes up to keep me company. And we pull out ALL the stops. This year, we got tix for A Chorus Line at Ivoryton (read more below), had a nosh at The Essex (from their new yummy pizza and meatball menu), saw Three Identical Strangers at Madison Art Cinema (so disturbing, so great) and finished with a scrumptious early bird dinner AND a birthday profiterole at one of my favorite restaurants, Bar Bouchee. We totally overdid it, but boy was it fun. Happy birthday to me!
