Just got back from another week in NOLA; this time, both my father and stepmother were in the hospital! Most of my friends are grappling with the issues that arise with older parents, and I wish there was a better solution than woefully understaffed rehab/skilled nursing homes. It’s hard to watch, to say the least! After dispensing with my own routine for a couple of weeks and feeling completely discombobulated, I can only imagine what it’s like for my parents. Anyway, glad to be back to crisp Fall weather and work. Before I left, I found a few new things for you to check out.
