We stumbled on Burgee Mystic, a new lifestyle shop for men, women and home in the Standard condo building on Water Street. The owner, fresh from the NYC fashion industry, has excellent taste, and the place has a Ralph Lauren meets the beach vibe with thoughtful choices that we’ve not seen before. I LOVED the men’s linen shirt jackets and striped trousers by Alex Crane, Amanda Lindroth’s muted and block printed cotton napkins and quilts, and especially these brilliant WATERPROOF espadrilles for men and women by Seastar, the perfect summer slip-on. With so few options for menswear in the area, this is a rare find.
