“The Goods” (as they’re known to the locals) are famous for a number of things – the Hartford Whalers iconic logo, UCONN logo – but this time of year, it’s all about “The Calendar.” The final in a long running, annual tradition of well-loved wall calendars was published last holiday season. Still available, we embraced the perpetual “TIME” edition as an excellent way to celebrate the end of a twenty year tradition. Who couldn’t use a place to record reminders of birthdays, anniversaries, and important milestones in the form of a piece of wall art covered with C&G drawings and thoughtful words? The GOOD news is: this year they’ve introduced their first ever, standard desk calendar. Each month fills an 11″ x 17″ spread, with room for appointments, daily details and notes. The pages between are filled with C&G art and photography. Packaged in a sturdy mailer and available December 4th, either online or in the Poster Shop (upstairs from C&G Clothing).
