I love to cook but I’m no baker. So, I do my dinner parties the French way, prepare the main dishes but hire out for dessert. We’ve got an incredible bunch of talented bakers and pastry chefs strung along the Shoreline, so we sent guest writer, Elizabeth Rubin, out to find the most stunning AND delicious desserts. From a Fig Plum Fragipane Tart to a kooky Coconut Cream Pie, you’ll find something here to satisfy your sweet tooth or to serve at a summer bash.
