Here’s a Shoreline secret I stumbled upon while at Ulta picking up more beauty products I don’t need: Holly Dowd! With a tiny bit of wax, a tweeze or two, and a tint, she turned my non-existent brows (literally half what they used to be) into a normal-looking, groomed, and decent pair. Needless to say, I’ve been going to her ever since. She’s a wizard with wax, tint, and lamination and is available by appointment Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 – 6pm. Wax is $27, wax & tint $43, and lamination is $90.
