Really…is there anything better than Fall in New England? The terrifying rains have finally abated, and I’ve been out and about enjoying this glorious weather. I even took my dog for a long walk (reminding me how good it is for both of us!). I whiled away a perfect afternoon at Wee Faerie Village, lots of pix below. And I couldn’t resist a stop at Scott’s Yankee Farmer in East Lyme for a classic fall treat and what I think is one of the best cider donuts out there (I know that statement could start some arguments!).
