Yoga Retreat 2017

A bunch of lovely ladies joined me and Ava Tyler at the Weekapaug Inn for our second annual yoga retreat. We had mostly sunny weather for long walks on the beach, afternoons spent gazing at the salt pond, and plenty of yoga. Some of us took the Weekapaug Inn up on their “loaner car”, a BMW 750i, and toured Weekapaug, Westerly and Watch Hill! Our retreat is NOT about denial, as we breakfasted and supped grandly, and enjoyed a few cocktails, too. The participants came in pairs or came alone, and we all made new friends. It was, in a word, perfect. Hope you join us next year.
