When it comes to certain things like pizza and sheets, I’m a purist. I like them both very, very simple. No fancy trimmings or extra toppings for me. Plain cheese or plain white. While really good pizza is a snap to find, perfectly plain percale sheets can be elusive. One happy day I found this upstart linen company who had me in mind. Based in L.A. but manufactured in Italy, the sheets, duvets and shams are reasonably priced, bundled together or sold separately.
